As the Mental Health Bill progresses through the House of Lords and Parliament, BASW England has worked with partners to request amendments to key provisions, ensuring the voice of social work is considered within the Bill.

This session will provide an update on the key provisions within the Bill, explore the potential impact for individuals, practice and services. We will also discuss the expected timeline for implementation and consider factors which may impact on certain provisions being enacted.
