Dawn Bowden MS, Minister for Children & Social Care in Wales took part in the annual BASW UK conference in Manchester on Tuesday 10 June 2025.

During her video address, she thanked social workers for their commitment to helping support people and also talked about the removal of profit from children’s residential services, a direct response to children’s and young people’s experiences.
