IR35 FAQs
The IR35 or intermediaries legislation was introduced by HM Revenue & Customs in April 2000 in order to tackle tax avoidance by self-employed contractors working through their own Limited Company. From April 2020, organisations will be responsible for determining whether a contractor is within the off-payroll working rules.
