About
Over the last three years, I have used my current and wide experience to assist local authorities and the regulated sector further improve services. This has included: • In-depth service-wide reviews; • Auditing large numbers of individual children’s casefiles; • Preparing and supporting local authorities to help them achieve positive judgements from Ofsted in inspection activities; • Coaching and mentoring managers; • Improvement support for children’s homes including in the secure estate.
