Since qualifying I have worked in safeguarding, access/ front door and DoLS teams. I have completed care needs assessments, care reviews, best interests decisions, mental capacity assessments, CHC checklists and created and reviewed care plans. Working in person centred, trauma informed, strengths based manner to efficiently achieve lawful best outcomes.
Skills include
BIA with experience of completing DoLS assessments. Completion of Care Needs assessment, best interests decisions, MCA assessments, inter agency working- ethically and to a high standard.
