I work independently across the East Midlands and nationally, offering a blend of safeguarding expertise and therapeutic support. As part of my safeguarding consultancy I offer expert assessments, strategic advice and improvement support for local authorities, legal professionals, and organisations. I specialise in complex safeguarding and trauma informed practice. In my therapeutic social work practice I offer therapeutic work with individuals and families, alongside consultancy focused on organisational culture, trauma informed systems and neuroaffirming approaches. I also provide trauma informed and neuroaffirmative supervision for individuals and groups.
