I have been a qualified social work practitioner, Team Manager, Head of Service and Service Manager since 1988 with a continual return to practical social work to update and embed my skills. I am a practice teacher, mentor, supervisor and coach to staff in the Social Work, Education and Health and Business professions at all levels.
