I am a registered Social Worker with 30+ years’ post-qualification experience in a range of services across Adult Social Care. After extensive statutory experience as a frontline Social Worker and first line manager, I worked for 8 years in a Local Authority Learning and Development Team and for 5 years in a direct practice role for the Alzheimer’s Society. I am an experienced Practice Educator, working with students and apprentices, and Practice Educator Assessor. I have 10 years experience as a Lecturer, and am a Fellow of the HEA.
