A new survey on future ways of working by the BASW Advice and Representation (A&R) and SWU Trade Union team

Social workers deserve to work in supportive organisations where they can have voice and influence - and where leaders and managers understand what social workers need to fulfil their roles.

The UK has a moral responsibility to the people affected by the crisis and must do all in its power to provide support and assistance.

SWU is establishing a ‘campaign’ fund for our members to call on to ensure campaigns throughout 2021/22 can be responsive to changing priorities, quick to deliver and high impact.
