Many people across the UK, including many social workers, have arrived from one of the EU 27, and we stand with them to safeguard each other’s human rights and the rights of those we serve.
The National Assembly for Wales Children, Young People and Education Committee released the results of their inquiry called Mind over matter in April 2018.
The Committee found that relatives remain an essential part of care for so many older and disabled people in care homes - as it helps them to keep their memories alive, in touch with the outside world, and it reassures them of their continued place in the family.
